About Shinta

Shinta  is the founder and CEO of Heal Mary, a mother and a writer. All of her life,  she has witnessed her loved ones struggle with their mental health and felt frustrated about the lack of natural tools and education. Through the stories of the Rastafarians and the encounters with sadhu’s in India, she got reintroduced to cannabis as a healing modality. Cannabis personally helped her deal with back pain and chronic tension headaches, and sparks her creativity like nothing else. She embarked on a journey of studying everything she could about cannabis and found out about the unique synergy between women's bodies and cannabis. She is now dedicated to spreading wisdom and knowledge about this medicinal plant through storytelling as well as creating ethical and high quality products with Heal Mary.
